I can say that Mr. Kuzma makes himself available for any kind of showing. I have called from houses that I have come across online or by virtue of passing by and he has not hesitated in showing that house. I do appreciate that he is honest about the house that he is showing and able to keep me away from a bad investment. For example, there was a house that would have been great for a fix up, but Mr. Kuzma noticed that the basement looked to have a mold problem in the past. I would have missed it altogether, but instead of hanging me out to dry, he made sure that I knew what the potential health concerns were for such a place. While I am not overjoyed about not getting out of my current housing arrangement, I have learned that the real estate market is more about patience and not getting results in my timeline. Ill edit the post when I get the desired result so that all the readers can know my complete experience. With Mr. Kuzmas help I will hopefully be able to sell fast so that I can find the home that I am looking for.
