We were in the market to buy a home for my wife's folks in southern California. It quickly became evident that our price range was going to push us inland. This led us to Steve (via Zillow). What a find! Steve is the most thorough real estate professional I have ever worked with. We live in upstate NY and Steve helped us complete the entire transaction from out of state! He made sure we had a twelve-month warranty on the home, which already saved us $1,100 on a hot water heater replacement. He was always available when communication was needed, he replaced light bulbs at no cost, and he even made sure our deliveries were placed safely in the garage! We couldn't be happier with the service he provided us.
