Steve sold my home, my wife's home, and helped us buy a home shortly after COVID. When he sold both homes, he did a through market analysis and priced the homes right to sell quickly. He was prompt in getting the houses listed and hosting Open Houses which led to both houses selling in under a week. His pictures showed the home well and his sale preparation "checklist" is stellar! When purchasing our home, He was always knowledgeable about the local area and provided his input into how that area met our needs. He was always able to get us into view a home quickly. He even got us into a house with a coworker while he was on vacation! Very attentive to a Buyer and Seller's needs. You can't go wrong with having Steve as your realtor!
