About Steve Cohn
Now, with 20 years of experience in hundreds of real estate transactions, dealing with negotiations, challenges, and even the adversity of poor economic times, I have acquired the knowledge needed to be an excellent problem solver, and have developed the relationships to assist with finding the right buyers and sellers for my clients.
Retail sales and management taught me many valuable lessons. Most importantly I learned that serving you, the client, meant giving my all, being knowledgeable, and making communication easy. Being your advocate is job #1! Every question you as a client have is as important to me as it is to you. I know that when I have a question I want an answer ASAP, so I pride myself on making sure I get you an answer quickly. Keeping you in the loop every step of the way also helps keep your anxiety at a minimum. Since beginning this career, I have followed these lessons to provide excellent service for my clients.
Having lived, worked, and raised my family in Marin and Sonoma Counties almost all my life, I have an excellent knowledge of the area, which in turn gives me the ability to keep my clients informed of what they can expect in the area. Being actively involved in the local Realtor organizations also means many of the local agents know who I am and assures them that I will do whatever I can to make the transaction work. When I bring an offer in or have a listing, agents are more willing to work with me because they know me.
Just for fun, I like to play golf, bowl, watch sporting events, read inspirational books or spend time with my wife, children and grandchildren.
