We were very pleased with how Steve and Kari Sether handled the sale of our home in Dayton. They also helped us find the perfect lot and the perfect builder to build our new home in Ham Lake. The whole process took about a year, but they were super patient! They were knowledgeable, kind, caring, and treated us like family.
