ZillowVERIFIEDI was wondering if by paying less commission, we were going to get less service. Not at all in this case. We actually got a better service with Stephen than we did with previous agents and paid less. He is extremely professional and to the point. He responded to our texts, emails and phone calls immediately. Great marketing tools and strategies. Realtors are/were way overpaid for selling a home and he came up with a fair formula that still allows him to make a good living. He was on top of the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend Stephen.
