We were incredibly impressed with Stephen as our realtor! Through every stage of the process, he kept us well informed and fought on our behalf to ensure that we were getting the absolute best bang for our buck! But let me back up... before we even listed the property -- Stephen paid for and arranged a cleaning service to come and deep clean our property (around our impossible busy schedule). After the cleaning, he and his team took professional photographs of our home (including aerial footage) and created a fun and engaging video to showcase the features of our home. Their marketing was above and beyond..... as a result of their marketing efforts we were flooded with thousands of views on Zillow and other sites and had 20+ families attend our Open House. Once under contract, Stephen fought to lessen the inspection period for us and stayed in constant communication with the Seller's Agent to ensure that there weren't any hiccups along the way. We just closed on our house today and based on the market research (provided by Stephen), I can confidently say that we received more than the value of our house. I'll be using Stephen for any future houses that I close on and I HIGHLY suggest that you do the same, if you're looking to get the most for your money.
