Steve has been a god send to my husband and I the last few months. We wanted to sell our house and find our dream home. We were both beyond nervous that we wouldnt be able to find anything or if we did that we would be outbid due to the craziness of the market. With selling our home, Steve did an amazing job with marketing and had the house under contract in less than a week. As for our new home, after some back and forth Steve was able to seal the deal for us. I honestly dont believe we would have got the house without him. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, well connected (he literally can give you a referral to just about anything) and just an overall great guy. He is a hard worker, makes himself easily accessible and got back to us right away with any questions or concerns that we had. He has made this experience run smoother than we could have imagined. We were able to not only find our dream home but were able to close on both houses the same day which meant we could avoid a double move and the stress that would have came with it. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve Medeiros. Thank you Steve for all you do!
