We started to work with Stephan quite early, since November 2021. The real estate market in 2021 was - if I am allowed to use Greenspans famous quote aEUR" in an aEURoeirrational exuberanceaEUR? state. Before we were so lucky to find Stephan, we called numerous real estate agents. Most of them did not bother to answer our calls or to reply our voice mails. Some of them were so nice, they started to educate us that the market was so hot, most of the trains had left the station, only a few were preparing to leave. If not jumping in swiftly, we would lose the opportunity forever, etc., etc. We started to listen to these professionals, but to our dismay, the price to value ratio was really so unreasonable, it was impossible for us to find anything we were dare to consider an offer. Then we met Stephan. Since then Stephan has been giving us a lot of professional advices and suggestions. His subject matter expertise in real estate market, in combination with his hands-on experience, has helped us so extensively, enabling us to understand the market trends and trade-off in various areas. We have started to work with Stephan to look for houses since November of 2021. In almost one and half years, we have found numerous houses, asked Stephan many times for disclosures, and visited various open houses and private tours. With Stephans help, we also presented several offers. But many of them were out-bitten by other buyers. Fortunately, with Stephans and our diligence and hard work, finally we found a house we really like, and the offer was accepted. I originally met Stephen a year ago when he was representing a buyer for the house nextdoor to mine. I was impressed with his assessment of the local market conditions/trends and his working knowledge of the area. Early this year I decided the time was right for me to seel my home. I found Stephen's business card and called him to come over and help start the Selling process. He has provided helpful advice at every turn and yet he did not insist on "his" way...he always left the decisions in our hands. Stephen had professional pictures taken of the home and he turned them into a most BEAUTIFUL laminated/double-sided Sales Brochure. That's when I knew I'd chosen the right Real Estate agent to represent my house. The 2-day Open House drew scores of potential buyers and within 7 days yielded multiple offers over the asking price. Stephen evaluated the offers with us and even helped negotiate a FREE rent back period. The house ultimately Sold for $27k over asking...beating my wildest expectations. Now in the final stage of moving out, Stephen continues to check up and make sure everything is OK...not because he has to, but because he cares and is a diligent guy who follows through on his promises.
