Having the wrong real estate professional can make your home selling experience a nightmare. Doing your homework ahead of time will pay off in the long run.

Over the past twenty-five years, I have worked with both first time home buyers and experienced home buyers that have bought and sold many times. I have also worked with many international buyers and have provided a concierge service to assist them with everything from obtaining their social security card to teaching them how to put gasoline in a vehicle. I have worked with thousands of families over the years and love them all.

My most recent favorite was a listing with an out of state seller and a elderly tenant. I had the privilege of assisting the tenant declutter and prepare to move into a much smaller (government housing) home. Many emotions we had the opportunity to work through and work together to help the seller realize their dream of selling the home while at the same time I had the opportunity to help the elderly tenant enjoy the process as much as possible and gained a good friend in the process.

Followed in my fathers foot-steps. My father SOLD real estate for nearly forty years and it must have rubbed off on me. When I finished my time as a U.S. Marine, I knew I wanted to get into real estate and help people go from the life they were living to the life they dreamed about. We have made many dreams come true over the years.

I am a philomath or a life long learning. I love to learn and stay on top of my profession and therefore, I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) through the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, I teach real estate ethics, smart business planning, and professionalism in real estate. All of the education that I take or teach provides me with more knowledge to better serve those that I have the honor of working with.
