Stephen Foster loves to serve others and help to make their dreams come true. From personal development to buying their first home, Stephen's passion is assisting others to make dreams a reality. Stephen does this by making himself available to anyone who crosses his path to help them with what they need at that moment, where they are at that specific time. By doing this, Stephen creates long-lasting relationships with individuals who know they can reach out for anything when the time is right. A Colorado Native, Stephen grew up high in the mountains of Colorado calling Dillon and Summit County his home. Enjoying the four seasons with short summers and long winters, Stephen spent his childhood hiking Tenderfoot Mountain, fishing and swimming in Lake Dillon, and either skiing or skating throughout the winter months. in the 1970s Stephen's family relocated to a lower (warmer) climate and made Grand Junction Colorado their new home. Still enjoying hiking the Colorado National Monument and the Grand Mesa Stephen was introduced to country (agriculture) living and enjoyed 4H, FFA (Future Farmers of America), and student government throughout high school. Stephen attended Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University) and then chose to serve with the U.S. Marines. Following Stephen's career in the Marines he chose to follow in his father's footsteps and begin serving others in the real estate industry in New Mexico where the Marines had required his special skills for some time. Stephen quickly became known for his negotiation skills while serving buyers with one of the biggest investments of their lives and sellers striving to get the highest price possible while at the same time the fairest deal for everyone. After many years specializing in real estate sales, management, leadership training, and agent development Stephen returned to Northern Colorado where he joined the fastest-growing real estate company at the time to serve and enhance their agents. Additionally, Stephen is known throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region for his advocacy with real estate and Realtor associations protecting buyers, sellers, and private property rights.
