About Stephen Drezen
Known as "The Broker's Broker" Stephen Drezen has completed thousands of transactions in his four decades of real estate experience. His love for real estate has driven his many successes. Throughout his career, he has shared his knowledge with clients from all over the world, and has often been quoted in The New York Times, Barron's and The Wall Street Journal. Stephen began his career with the Davos Corporation, which was part of the first United States corporate merger in real estate in 1971. In 1974, he relocated to Litchfield County, Connecticut, becoming a partner at Landmark Real Estate, a sales and marketing arm for Woodridge Lake. In the 1980s, Stephen created sales and marketing programs for high-profile projects in Southampton, New York and on the Island of Bermuda, developed a project on a prominent historic property in Newport, Rhode Island, and restructured a Naples, Florida golf community. In the late 1990s he returned home, developing and selling out several company-owned projects. In 2003, Stephen in 2010 joined William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty with PPG as a marketing group. Today, he enjoys residing in Litchfield County, one of the country's most beautiful areas.
