ZillowVERIFIEDI could have sworn I posted a review here *months* ago, but clearly it didn't "take". I sincerely regret that, as Henry and his wife Karen are worth their weight in gold and deserve every word of praise imaginable ASAP, because they really came through whenever the road got rocky. I (a first-time buyer) was looking for a house in the (then also) crazy 2021 market. I had the added obstacle of being overseas at the time. We were ousted by "cash on the barrelhead"-buyers from Chicago again & again, which was disappointing and unfair, but apparently how the "game" is played here. Then we found THE house. It HAD to be This One or Bust!!! It was already Wednesday. Henry and Karen put their heads together and used their expertise to slalom us around obstacles in record time, so that I was able to get my offer seen and accepted by the sellers before the Windy City Weekenders could swoop in again on Friday. Victory! My family is sooooo grateful to this friendly, savvy, reliable, honest and meanwhile very beloved couple. With Henry and Karen, you'll feel like you've got family members in your corner.
