A family member died unexpectedly and being the next of kin I needed to sell her house. I live about an hour away. Steve and his agency made the sale almost easy, taking care of needed repairs, inspections, maintenance issues, smoke detector certificate, whatever needed to be done. He and his son were always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, using email and phone calls with me so that I did not have to travel back and forth.
