Stephanie is amazing!! We weren't sure when we started looking if we were going to rent or buy but that didn't stop her from giving up her time to go look at houses with us. She also is really knowledgeable about the area and about real estate. We did end up putting in an offer on a house that got more than one offer and her negotiating skills got is the house! I can't recommend Stephanie enough - she is the best!

Stephanie Wood was just an absolute dream to work with. She came highly recommended, and after working with her, I am happy to join the ranks of those who sing her praises!My husband and I were re-locating to Ohio from out of state, and needing to purchase a house contingent upon the sale of our previous home, and as quickly as possible at that. As this was only our second home purchase, and our first time navigating the sale of a home at the same time, we needed someone experienced, patient, and kind enough to help us through the process. Luckily for us, Stephanie agreed to be our agent!We couldn't have had a more positive experience. Stephanie quickly helped us decipher which homes in Athens met our criteria in our price range, and provided relevant local information that helped us narrow our list. Because our time was limited and we were working hard to get our own home ready to sell, Stephanie went above and beyond to give us virtual tours of all the homes we were interested in. She helped us put together an offer very quickly, and assisted us through the process of navigating home-sale contingency, an escape clause, inspections, etc.Stephanie was kind enough to take extra time to meet our safety inspector at the home since we couldn't be there, and called us on site so we could have a thorough understanding of the inspection report. She also met us at the house on multiple different occasions so we could see the home when our schedules allowed us to be in town.All told, Stephanie is extremely knowledgable, experienced, and an overall expert in the realty field. We truly appreciated how easy it was to work with her, her quick and clear communication, her thoroughness throughout the home-buying process, and her willingness to help us navigate a particularly stressful time.
