I got to know Stephanie for 4 years while my parents decided whether or not they wanted to sell their home. They werent quite ready to sell when I reached out to Stephanie at that time, but the home was huge, dilapidated and too much for them. I wanted to help my parents move into something with no stairs, less work and easy for them to move around in. During those 4 years, Stephanie remained in contact with me, checking in to see how I was doing, calling during the holidays and just saying hello and throughout that time she became a friend. When my parents were ready to sell, her easy manner, willingness to help my parents get the home ready to sell, stepping up to cut the overgrown bushes, paint missed spots and just overall helpful, caring manner made this process worth it. My parents felt very at ease with Stephanie, and she easily become a part of my family. Stephanie has even helped my parents in terms of buying a new home (in another State) by making sure my parents were not being taken advantage of. She got a great price on the sale of the home and my parents were able to close on their new home. Stephanie is the kind of realtor you want on your side when selling a home and I would happily refer her. Thank you, Stephanie, for looking out for my parents like they were your own.
