Stephanie Valentine

Stephanie has spent her entire life in Sacramento, living in the Arden and Greenhaven areas. Stephanie specializes in negotiating, getting offers accepted, and getting homes sold fast. She has received the Executive Associate award for 2019 and 2020 as a top producer. Stephanie attended St. Philomene, Genevieve Didion, and John F. Kennedy for high school. She spent her days as a young child exploring the area by taking day trips to the river with her family, camping at local campsites, and boating on the local lakes were some of her fondest memories. She has a love for her city and a vast knowledge of its surroundings that translates directly to her work. Stephanie is a mom of three, with that comes the knowledge of how important finding a home in a good school district is. She also knows how important it is to have parks and outdoor activities nearby. With her knowledge of the Sacramento areas, she will be able to match you with your perfect home.
