Stephanie Tipton is a trusted real estate professional based in East Tennessee proudly serving Knox Blount Loudon Roane Sevier and the surrounding counties in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains Her passion for real estate stems from her own personal journey moving more than eight times across four states Florida Georgia Wisconsin and Tennessee before finally settling in East Tennessee These experiences gave her an intimate understanding of the challenges and high stakes of buying or selling a home and they inspired her to dedicate her career to guiding clients through each step with confidence and care With extensive knowledge of investment properties Stephanie brings a unique perspective to her clients She has successfully managed her familys portfolio and has hands on experience in construction management new builds home flips remodeling and design This background allows her to help clients not only find the perfect home but also recognize long term investment opportunities Stephanie has been proud to call East Tennessee home for more than 20 years A University of Tennessee alumna she was active in Kappa Delta Sorority Team Vols Clinic Vols and other campus organizations She is also a dedicated member of the Maryville Kiwanis Club reflecting her passion for giving back to her community At home Stephanie is married to Sam an Army veteran of the 75th Ranger Regiment and now a family law attorney Together they raise three children ages 17 14 and 4 In her free time she enjoys traveling cooking camping and soaking up the beauty of East Tennessee with her family
