Stephanie has a huge heart for her clients and hopes that she can see them get their house. She got us into a house. With the way the market is running, it is very competitive and different techniques will need to be added with offers placed in houses. She will not pressure her clients into making offers or to add those additional modifiers onto offers. She may suggest some but will not suggest specifically how much or anything like that. She is a guide and has likely made many friends in the trade because of her friendly demeanor. Her clients may benefit from her connections and we sure did. Thanks Stephanie!
