From the first phone call with Stephanie from my home in Park City, UT that I was in the process of selling, she was professional, empathetic, kind, very knowledgeable, and honest - even when it was something I didn't want to hear but needed to. Stephanie is a straight shooter which I appreciated as I am as well. She kept in contact with me over the course of eight or so weeks while we waited on my house to sell and close and then jumped right in to find me my forever home with a short closing window as I needed to move out of my rented AirBNB four weeks after moving to Corvallis. She was an excellent negotiator, turned paperwork around quickly, and constantly kept in touch the last few weeks. The recommendations she gave me regarding inspectors, plumbers, contractors, and structural engineers were top-notch. Do the absolute right thing - either as a seller or buyer - and ask Stephanie to represent you!

Stephanie is very knowledgeable regarding the whole buying/selling process. I was buying from out of state and couldn't attend home showings. She made the process nearly seamless and I am so happy with my purchase! We communicated well and often and she was thoughtful and thorough in her assessment of what would work for us. She was able to correct some details with the title company quote that I wouldn't have seen and saved me some money. There was never a time when I didn't trust her judgement even though I've purchased several homes before this. We agreed on risks and she fully understood what we were looking for. I recommend her 100% as a person and a business partner in the realty market!

Selling a home and buying a new one are never simple easy tasks. They are more like navigating a Victorian maze with a high potential for making wrong turns and getting lost, especially when you have never done either before. Stephanie Spann, my realtor for both transactions, was exactly the right person to take me through the process to a successful conclusion of both transactions. From the time we began looking at houses she listened carefully, asking questions to help complete the picture and only showing me homes that matched my criteria. Once we found the home I wanted she guided and supported me through every step, always keeping me apprised of what I needed to do and when, what she was doing, and what to expect ahead. When something unexpected did occur she immediately communicated with me, including a plan for resolving the issue. When we turned our attention to selling my home, Stephanie continued to guide and support as she had through the purchasing process.
