Rachele contacted us thru an online site and was incredibly persistent and polite in asking for our business and how she could help us. Once we decided to go with Rachele we were so happy with her level of communication, her consideration of our situation with the death of a loved one who's home we were selling and great advice on how to move thru the process. Rachele made herself available via phone or text pretty much 7 days a week and most hours of the day. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor to sell their home.

After having some major issues with our first realtor we were desperate to find someone who would put in the time and effort that was needed to sell our house in an rapidly changing real estate environment. We decided to actually shop around and make a realtor earn our trust and treat our search as though we were hiring and employee. We were in dark times, extremely frustrated and had even considered scrapping the idea of selling our house and just moving back into it. We started getting calls from realtors and none of them really stood out to us, until David called. David had already researched our house. He had comps ready. He was excited about our property. He was honest with us about the market. He was everything that we dreamed of in a realtor. It was as though we had a bright light cast upon our dark times and for the first time in months we were excited to have our home listed. This time we knew we had the right realtor. David listed our property on a Thursday with stunning picture and numerous drone pictures, and by Sunday we had multiple offers, including multiple cash offers and backup offers. Three weeks and one day later the money hit our account and we were able to move on with our lives and start living our dream. He was a breath of fresh air. He kept us informed of what was going on, called and text us with guidance through the sale, was a great advocate for us with the buyers realtors and was one of the most pleasant people we have ever dealt with. He even called us a week later and was evicted to see what we were doing with the funds from the sale of our house. Thank you David.

Stephanie Sandoval is by far the best real estate agent I have ever had the experience of working with.
