    I saw Stephanie (Paulie) Katarivas name on another for sale sign while walking around the neighborhood. I was concerned about finding a realtor I could trust. I planned on interviewing other agents but when II met her I realized I didn't need to look any further. I got lucky. She is a genuine and very nice person and professional. Transparent, supportive and truly caring. She made the process seamless and I never worried for a moment that she didn't have our back.     Paulie first reached out to us when we were requesting to tour a place on Trulia. She was very communicative and reached out whenever a situation arised. She also helped us negotiate a lower price and taught us the general process of purchasing a home (as a first-time home owner). Paulie is always willing to help out and explain the situation when we were confused about something and always asked to be updated about where we stand in the process.
