This is the first home my husband or myself have ever purchased. Stephanie made the whole process run as smoothly as possible regardless of the uncontrollable hiccups we faced. She was clear, conise, and direct when necessary and always prompt to reply to questions and relay information. Her guidance was impeccable. Stephanie will go the extra mile (sometimes 5 miles). She took time to show us homes even later in the evening to work with mine and my husbands work schedule just to make sure we had every opportunity to find the best fit for us. She stayed up late to write up offers and addendums on several occasions. She even took the time to print and fax paperwork for me when I had no way to download and print things myself. We will definitely be going with Stephanie when it comes time to buy again or sell. We cannot thank her enough for her guidance and devotion to her clients.
