Steph has taken me to several properties in the past few years while I looked for the right place to make my first investment in a commercial property. She called with a new listing that she thought would interest me. She was so right. She helped through a long negotiation period and a tough deal full of complications. She stayed engaged the entire time helping me overcome each obstacle along the way. When I closed on the building she stopped in several times to check on my building. After we made substantial progress on the renovations, she identified a anchor tenant a month before I was even ready to market it. What other real estate agent would not only work so hard to get the building you wanted at a fair price, but follows up finding your anchor tenant? She has great vision and knowledge of the market. She was truly a pressure to work with.

As a first time home buyer, Mandy did a excellent job pointing out important parts of a house to keep in mind during her guided tours, and explaining them further if it was something I didn't know too much about. Overall she had a lot of great experience and insight to share, especially stuff that I may not have really thought about too much. For example, one house we looked at had potential, but she pointed out that it was near a highway and the traffic noise would probably be pretty consistent, which was an environmental factor I hadn't thought of before. She didn't say this was particularly good or bad, but rather something I should be aware of and factor in to my decision.She was also very responsive and professional during the closing process, helping ensure a smooth and easy home buying experience.
