This was our fifth sale of a home and Stephanie was the best real estate agent that we ever had. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. She clearly explained all the steps of the transaction. She handles all negotiations beautifully. When we hit a hurdle, she was so helpful. She assured us that everything would be taken care off and she actually solved them professionally and quickly. What we like the most was the amount of Open Houses. She scheduled them every, every weekend... She would arrange a Coldwell Banker colleague to be at the open house when she had to be at an event which was scheduled before listing our home. Never miss one. She and her colleagues are all very professional. I definitely recommend Stephanie to anyone who are planning to sell or buy a house. You won't be disappointed.

This is a story about my experience working with Stephanie Martinez in the process of searching, finding and acquiring a 2-bedroom condo in downtown San Diego in a sellers market, against all the odds and coming out on top. Buying a property in San Diego had been a personal goal for some time, as this would be my first property in the US and further my ambitions to expand my real estate portfolio. Eventually I plan to turn this property into a short term vacation rental; it was a great addition to my real estate portfolio. This was the first time buying a property and not having gone through the borrowing or search process umpteen times, you could say I was green. Not only that, but my borrowing situation was peculiar and we had to seek a non-traditional loan which has a higher degree of complexity as far as the underwriting and approval process. Stephanie was great at explaining everything in detail and made me feel safe and confident in my offer; she negotiated with the seller to get consideration for some repairs which helped lower the price ever so slightly. I have to say she was very professional and played a significant role in winning the deal between other competing offers.
