She scheduled them every, every weekend... She would arrange a Coldwell Banker colleague to be at the open house when she had to be at an event which was scheduled before listing our home. Buying a property in San Diego had been a personal goal for some time, as this would be my first property in the US and further my ambitions to expand my real estate portfolio. Eventually I plan to turn this property into a short term vacation rental; it was a great addition to my real estate portfolio. Not only that, but my borrowing situation was peculiar and we had to seek a non-traditional loan which has a higher degree of complexity as far as the underwriting and approval process.
