Selling a house while living in another state would be a challenge, but Stephanie was extremely helpful. She helped me find quality people to help me get the house ready. I had to replace carpet, complete an estate sale, clean out the house and make some minor repairs, and Stephanie helped me make all that happen, and the house sold very fast. After many hours of looking we decided to build and Stephanie was happy for us and never seemed aggravated that she did not make a sale.
