Lisa was such a pleasure to work with! Janet was wonderful! She was quite the negotiator when it came to our offer and was able to lower the price of our purchase substantially. She had the psychology of buyers and sellers down and led us through the negotiations flawlessly. She was there for us even after the closing. Janet did a great job with recomendations based on what our needs for a condo. She then spent a good amount of time showing us several places and then we were able to narrow it down to the one we loved. The transaction was spot on, and she made closing a breeze. We were from out of town, and she was very accommodating setting up inspections and even researching the history of the unit. She then assisted us by guiding us and coaching us through the purchasing process. During negotiations, she coached us on making an offer, counter offering, and ended up saving us hundreds of dollars based on her experience in negotiations. You definently want her on your team!
