As first time homebuyers purchasing from a out of state while I was 7-8 months pregnant, Steph was quick to respond no matter the time of day, thorough, and patient with us. We had a tight deadline and she was able to help us find a home during the only 2 days that we could come to SC to tour. Steph Lambley provided my family and I with absolutely the most thorough, detailed and comfortable home buying/selling experience possible. Steph made herself available at any given time to respond to any and all of our questions throughout the listing, viewing, and negotiating portion of the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. She worked diligently to make sure that we saw any and every property that might fit our needs and wants. Her real estate photographer took excellent quality photos for the listing of our previous home (we highly recommend this route). Her experience level provided us with the most comprehensive, straight forward process.Througout the entire process, Steph gave us such thorough information and explanation that we felt at ease with our transition and purchase of our new home. Our process was a lengthy one, too; from November to March, and Steph was in contact with us constantly, making sure that we werent losing hope or becoming discouraged in the way the market was unfolding at the time. Steph has such a compatible and easygoing personality, but also a knack for getting things done in a very timely fashion. We never had to beg her to do anything; Steph was always one step ahead of us and genuinely had our best interest at heart. She is extremely knowledgable in every aspect of real estate and passionate about her mission to help individuals and families reach their home selling/buying goals. If you are looking for an agent to help you sell or buy a home, Steph Lambley is my only recommendation. I would not work with any other agent in the Upstate after our experience.
