We haven't bought a house in 28 years so we were very nervous about contacting anybody. When we spoke to Stephanie, she referred to the team she works with, including lawyers, lenders, inspectors etc. She was very confident that she could sell our house and gave us helpful staging hints to make our house look good.When we did finally sell, the house we put an offer on, pulled out of the contract.
