Stephanie helped us sell our condo quickly! Originally we had it as a for sale by owner and didn?t get much interest. Once we signed with Stephanie, we had an offer for our asking price within a week and closed shortly after. She is a true professional who knows her business and was always responsive in getting back to us and answering our questions. She handled everything including helping us dispose of some furniture and with closing arrangements when I was out of state so we wouldn?t lose the sale.
