Stephanie Hart

Meet Stephanie: She brings an extensive and varied business background to the LIV Sotheby's International Realty team in the Vail Valley. After graduating from the University of Maine, Stephanie's first job was with the then-Senate Majority Leader of the United States in Washington, D.C. Following Capitol Hill, she held many high-level positions including campaign manager, lobbyist, and special assistant to the Governor of Maine. She later served as Chair of his finance committee for a successful run for reelection. She also was President and CEO of the fundraising company in Maine that she founded, specializing in government and political solutions. She left New England to become a full-time Mountain Vacation Specialist for Ski.com based in Aspen, becoming one of the top sales agents selling ski packages to a global clientele. After making the move to real estate, she sold a beautiful log cabin home which subsequently led to her appearance on HGTV's popular show "Log Cabin Living" which aired in January of 2016, called "Vail Valley Cabin Hunt". Stephanie prides herself on providing personalized service, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the local market. She brings integrity, passion, and determination to each real estate deal for every client. Stephanie serves as a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, is on the Board of Directors for the Vail Board of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation, and is a proud volunteer for the Vail Veterans Program. Stephanie has consistently ranked in the top 1.5% of America's Best Real Estate Professionals, according to RealTrends, and was recognized as one of the top fifteen producers at her former real estate company prior to her association with LIV Sotheby's. One of Stephanie's greatest passions is horses. While living in Maine, she built, owned, and operated the Great Meadows Equestrian Center and competed on the A-Circuit in the Hunter/Jumper divisions. She directed riding programs for the Kents Hill School, Camp Laurel, Camp All-Star, and the Girl Scouts of Maine. When not selling real estate, you can find Stephanie either on the tennis court or skiing at Beaver Creek where she was a professional ski instructor. She currently resides in the Singletree community of Edwards with her black lab, Cash.
