    About Stephanie Hamner

    I am a hometown Realtor, born and raised in Millbrook. I attended and graduated from Elmore County public schools. I also attended and graduated from AUM, Auburn University Montgomery, where I received a bachelor's degree in Information Technology in 2005. After completing my degree, I choose to follow my heart and get into real estate. I obtained my license in 2007, after working for a real estate company for two years, where I began this awesome journey. I have worked with home builders in selling their homes, as well as, with individuals on helping them to buy and sell their homes. I began my real estate career working for Brookwood Realty, LLC in Wetumpka in 2007, from there I transferred my license to where I am currently an agent at, Lucretia Cauthen Realty, LLC in Millbrook in October 2009. I am a mother of two beautiful girls, Abby, and Allie Kate. My husband of 13 years, Brian Hamner, was also born and raised here and is currently employed in the Montgomery area. Over our many years of marraige we have lived all over the tri-county area. We began our married life in Montgomery, renting an apartment, after 6 -9 months in the apartment, we began looking at purchasing a home. We actually built our first home in Wetumpka, where we lived for 9 years, and where we began raising our first daughter. After 9 great years in Wetumpka, we decided to move closer to family, so I sold our home and we moved to Prattville, where we lived with my parents for approx. 4 months until our new home was built.     Stephanie was amazing! Five Stars - highly recommend! We started with looking for rentals and potential homes to purchase with Stephanie in January after a recommendation from a friend. She gave us a great introduction, taught us about the area, and setup automated searches to help us find the right home for our family. She was the most helpful and thorough realtor weve ever worked with! From our initial search, multiple showings and home inspections, all the way through closing she was there for us every step of the way. We looked at a lot of houses and had a ton of questions, all of which she was so responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with us. She helped resolve so many questions and negotiation points with the sellers and lender over a few months. Stephanie was absolutely awesome. We highly recommend her!
