Stephanie goes the extra mile, is a good negotiator, and a lovely person to work with. Highly recommended. The only feedback that I have is that the Inspector recommended did not thoroughly check a low cold water pressure in the kitchen- and Inspector and Stephanie, as well as other opinions stated "It could be minor, like a valve." It would have been on me, so I consulted someone with some plumbing knowledge- other plumbing opinion stated "No way! Do not buy it if the owner does not fix it! that owner is dumping their problems on the buyer! Could cost you if not minor." Personal, subjective opinion and a bit of superstition on the recommended Inspector's part precluded my going forward with the listing contract we had all worked Very hard toward the purchase- and thus due to that issue which was opined to be "minor," I would not take the risk and terminated instead. I would hire an objective inspector in this case. Otherwise, Stephanie is Super great to work with and very helpful.

After requesting a virtual tour, we were spontaneously matched with Stephanie on the Compass team. Almost immediately after the request, Stephanie set up a call to get to know us and what we were looking for. She shared about herself, her style, and the process during that initial call. From there we planned on working with Stephanie during our home buying journey and are so glad to have made that decision! Stephanie was amazing every step of the way! She organized multiple tours so we could see different types of properties and all parts of the Boulder area, since we were new to Colorado. She was attentive, responsive, straight-forward, and knowledgeable. If she didn't know something, she always figured it out and got the information we needed. Even as we found a home and closed, she continued to be right by our sides. She went above and beyond by reaching out to HOA organizations, city departments, and contractors. I appreciated how she always gave us honest responses and took a very straight-forward approach to the whole process. She was easy to work with and flexible with our not so flexible schedule. Now that we are sitting comfortable in our new home, we miss seeing Stephanie each week!
