ZillowVERIFIEDStephanie goes the extra mile, is a good negotiator, and a lovely person to work with. Highly recommended. The only feedback that I have is that the Inspector recommended did not thoroughly check a low cold water pressure in the kitchen- and Inspector and Stephanie, as well as other opinions stated "It could be minor, like a valve." It would have been on me, so I consulted someone with some plumbing knowledge- other plumbing opinion stated "No way! Do not buy it if the owner does not fix it! that owner is dumping their problems on the buyer! Could cost you if not minor." Personal, subjective opinion and a bit of superstition on the recommended Inspector's part precluded my going forward with the listing contract we had all worked Very hard toward the purchase- and thus due to that issue which was opined to be "minor," I would not take the risk and terminated instead. I would hire an objective inspector in this case. Otherwise, Stephanie is Super great to work with and very helpful.
