I had a highly disappointing experience with Maryrose, both over the phone and through email. She demonstrated unprofessional behavior and was dismissive regarding a prospective clients interest in the property, for reasons that remain unclear. Throughout our interactions, she repeatedly disregarded requests and appeared to prioritize actions that solely served her own interests. Her conduct reflected a lack of respect and professionalism, resulting in an overall poor and unacceptable experience. Based on this, I would not recommend working with her.

Stephanie and Michelle were with us every step of the way in our move to the Milford CT area, first in informing us about a very nice property which we couldn't close on because of the owner's not being able to find a place to move to, then in arranging our actual purchae of a home right acros the street from our daughter and her family. Stephanie was a neverending source of local references for tradespeople, legal help, and others indispensable in accomplishing the closing and the move, including realtors near the town we moved from, to help us sell our existing home. I cant say enough about Maryrose. She was amazing. She made the entire home buying process easy and fun. She had no issue getting down on her hands and kness to check for any potential issues. She was very communicative throughout the process. I never want to buy another house but if I did, I would definetly choose Maryrose again! We decided to make a move because we have a large family and we needed more room. In a realtor we were looking for someone who had the time and desire to answer all of our questions. We wanted this to be our forever home. We had talked to several realtors before when we went to various open houses. My wife had seen a house she wanted to look at. We called the number and were paired with Maryrose. She showed us a house and we decided to go with her from that moment on. We loved her attention to detail and how honest she was. It really felt like she had our best interests at heart. We had the oppurtunity through our mortgage lender to recieve 4k off our closing costs if we went with thier affiliated realtor company. We chose to stay with Maryrose and will be forever thankful to her.
