This is our second time using Stephanie - she had helped us buy and sell several years ago, so when we knew we wanted to sell our home a couple months ago, we knew without a doubt who wed go to! This time we were planning an out-of-state move, which comes with its own stresses, but Stephanie made the process much easier, including giving us a referral to a local moving company that was also amazing. Listing photos were easy after she gave us suggestions for showing the house, and we had multiple offers within days of going on the market. She was excellent at negotiating through some tricky offers to get the price and closing dates we wanted. She went above and beyond communicating with everyone involved in the sale on both sides, and we were kept informed every step of the way. You can tell how much Stephanie loves what she does, and how much she cares for her clients. She doesnt end the relationship after the transaction, and in fact has helped us with referrals and questions after the sale. We cant recommend Stephanie enough!
