Stephanie Custodio

I've been around the real estate business my whole life. Growing up with a Realtor father, he would often take me to his showings and appointments. During college I helped with his paperwork. I've always enjoyed the time I spent involved in real estate and knew I wanted to make it my own career. After graduating from The University of Rhode Island with a degree in Business Administration, I decided to get my real estate license. I am now the Principal Broker Owner of Custodio Realtors and have been a full time Realtor for 10 years. I am licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with a main focus in the Cumberland, Lincoln and Pawtucket areas. In December 2018 I had the wonderful opportunity to be the featured Realtor on an episode of HGTV's 'Log Cabin Living.' I have received the Northern RI Board of Realtors 4 Diamond Sales Award multiple years and have achieved over $30 million in sales.
