Stephanie was incredibly helpful to me as a first-time seller. She educated me on the process and helped me understand every step, explaining every form I had to sign and coaching me on the important decisions. She always made it clear, however, that these were my decisions and that she was there to represent me. Stephanie is an artistic photographer and literally showed the house in the best possible light.
