Please be sure of the area that you are choosing to purchase in.. narrow it down to a city. Home inspections are very important when purchasing a property, in this the home inspector will look over the entire home and let us know as to the findings if any of what was seen and what is recommended.

Declutter the home.. take out any used furniture that is not needed. Clear off counter space.. make beds, put things away so that the buyer will be able to see the property and get a better visual of the home not personal belongings... Be realistic when pricing the property if you are motivated as to selling the home price it at market price .. to get offers and have a successful closing.
