The sale of our home was a quick decision by us, with little time until we moved out of state. We needed to get our house sold quickly, but for a fair price. Stephanie's recommendation for pricing was spot on (we had actually under-valued our property). She did her homework prior to our first meeting and after seeing our home, knew exactly what we should list at. Knowing we wanted to sell "as-is", mostly due to our tight schedule, she also recommended pre-inspections prior to listing that would be available to prospective buyers, best advice ever for our situation. She then put together a marketing plan including the most beautiful professional photography and dual open houses within 2 weeks of listing in order to meet our timeline needs. Our home had multiple solid offers within 2 weeks and we were under contract. During the time under contract, she kept in touch with us at least once a week. She was always available, odd hours and all. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stephanie was fantastic to work with. We looked at so many houses and she was always ready to give us the details on everything we viewed. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and we feel so very lucky we got to work with her. Because of Stephanie we found the most perfect house!
