This is my third time renting in Boston, and I have worked with at least a half dozen real estate agents. Stephane stands out because of the following:- Responsiveness: He responded within an hour of my initial email inquiry by text. We talked on the phone within the same day. Within 3 days he provided 10+ rental options that realistically fit our goals. By the end of the week we were doing viewings on the available properties. In the fast moving Boston market, his efficiency was appreciated.- Empathy: He took time to learn about me, my fiance, and our goals in our next rental. It didn't feel like we were just conducting business.- Expertise: He took time to explain what we could reasonably expect and at what price, and patiently answered our questions about how the Boston housing market worked- Fairness and integrity: He provided a balanced opinion about each property, and he was not shy about pointing out both good/bad attributesI will be reaching out to Stephane for future real estate needs and I would recommend that you do the same.
