Stefanie Wright is a proud native of Nederland, TX, who describes herself as a faith-filled, honest, ambitious, vibrant mother of three and the proud wife of a Beaumont Fire Fighter. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the Lamar Institute of Technology. Stefanie has received the Silver Star Award as one of the youngest and most successful Account Executives for the company she worked for, statewide. My husband is a Beaumont Firefighter so we are often involved with helping our community through local non profits like Ubi Caritas, Cure Rare Disease etc.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
Mostly revolve around the kids football, baseball and basketball. We love supporting our kids! We go to church in Nederland and love to fish when we have time!

I would suggest to work with a Realtor to represent the buyers interest instead of driving around and calling the number on the "For Sale Sign". I would also give the buyer several lenders to reach out to and possibly apply for a home loan with. I would also inform the buyer of the process of buying real estate and help them every step of the way,
I would suggest interviewing at least 2 prospective Realtors to sell your home. I would also suggest to call that Realtor in the evening and on the weekends to see if they answer their phone etc.
I have worked with all types of Clients. FHA, Conventional, VA, investor type loans, and Hard money loans.
I love meeting new people. Being a Realtor is a great way to do that! Being a Realtor for over 5 years, i have seen all types of transactions. I closed a deal in Nederland January of 2025. We met and looked at 5 homes, I explained the whole process as he was a first time home buyer. I walked him through every step of the way and we closed in 23 days for a conventional loan.
I wish I would have gotten into Real Estate at 18 years old. I have always loved helping others and doing research on properties for friends. I finally had an opportunity in my career to be my own boss and go for it!!
I have taken several throughout the years, however experience is really how you benefit your clients the most. Everyday we learn something new from each transaction and it is up to the Realtor to retain and use the information and lessons learned to go forward and benefit future clients.
