    After the passing of our father we called Stefanie for advice on selling his home. It did need some work so we needed to know where to start. She was fast to meet us and so friendly it made us comfortable in hiring her to sale it. Sold it within 2 days of listing and got over the asking price. The process after that I know wasn?t easy on her at times but she handled it swiftly and made it easy on us.I would 100% recommend her to help anyone buy or sale a home! She definitely knows what she?s doing and works to make a buyer or seller happy! Would use her again in a heartbeat!
