I cannot say enough amazing things about Stefanie! We have known her for 7 years now and she has helped us with the purchase and/or sale of two different homes. Theres a million reasons we keep coming back to her! -Stefanie took the time to truly learn our wants and needs. She listened well to all of our concerns and gave honest feedback about them. -Stefanie has so much honesty and integrity, and she will not hide things from you like some other realtors will (no slimy salesman vibes, I promise). -As her client, she will fight hard to get you the best deal possible. On our most recent purchase, she helped us get the house for a price well below what others on the market were listed at. We also got repairs covered and extras (fridge & furniture) included in our price. -Her communication skills are top tier. Stefanie is prompt about getting back to you and will never leave you hanging. -She also has great recommendations for anything and everything you may need for any upgrades and repairs. Stephanie was amazing to work with start to finish. My wife and I were first time home buyers and the process can be intimidating, but Stephanie walked us through everything easily because she really knows her stuff. She was so hardworking and helped us find the perfect home and was with us every step of the way. Her knowledge and contacts were amazing. She literally has a guy for everything too.
