Not only was Stephanie the epitome of a professional, she was crazy patient with me. She understood how significant the home was to me and did a wonderful job moving me through the process in a comfortable manner. She was very respectful of the property and my attachment to it. One buyer backed out and had to put the home back on the market. She had offers within 24 hours and a purchase agreement in hand quicker than I imagined. We had to be out of town for the day of the closing. She set everything up well in advance and the closing went on without a flaw.
