Stefanie Coleman

Originally from Northern Virginia, Stefanie Coleman has proudly called Southwest Florida home for over 20 years. Before her real estate career, she spent 14 years in the healthcare industry, building strong communication skills and a passion for helping others--qualities that now define her approach as a Realtor®. As part of the Old Florida Dream Team, Stefanie specializes in residential sales throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties. Having lived in Cape Coral, Buckingham, and now off McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers, she offers clients unmatched local insight and a genuine love for the community. Outside of real estate, Stefanie is deeply involved in the community through Bishop Verot High School's Viking Pride and The Harlan Foundation, which supports displaced students in Lee County. She's also the creator of "Out & About SWFL," a Facebook page highlighting local restaurants, hidden gems, and all the fun that coastal living has to offer.
