As freezing temperatures were upon us, Stasia scheduled and paid for the blowout of the sprinkler systems and ensured the heat was not turned off by old owners when they had attempted to do so. We had a very difficult time finding our home and she took us to at least a dozen places and even took the time to contact sellers who weren't listed yet but would be soon to see if we could look at their house as we were on a time crunch.
