Her knowledge of the area and the current state of the market made it easy to evaluate the value of a property. The highlight was getting us in early to see a property because she knew the realtor and knew it was going to go quickly. She has a great base of people to call on for services that really made inspections and follow ups a breeze. This purchase was a multi offer situation and her guidance in how to structure our offer made it the winner even though it wasnt the highest. Out of five home purchases over the years this one went the smoothest and was the most enjoyable. I attribute that to Stacy. We will definitely list our previous home with her when we are ready.
