Stacy has been amazing to work with. She has sold three houses for us. The first two were quick and easy with very little effort on our part. She found us cash buyers who bought each home as is at fair market value. I did not have to keep the homes "show room ready", which would have been impossible with pets, young kids, and busy work schedules. She made what once seemed impossible possible, painless, and seemless. The third house was a whole different level of difficult by nature. My late mother's house went through probate, with four heairs in the equation. The timing of the process added difficulties, as well as one heir vanishing when final papers needed signed. When i say she really stuck with it, she went above and beyond! She even put on her PI hat and found the missing family member, coordinated the final signatures, and saw a long process to the very end. Stacy is and was extremely helpful to our family throughout the home buying process from start to finish. She had a genuine interest in our needs in terms of space and neighborhood. She was dedicated and traveled into our comfort zone of Labelle, which was not exactly local for her. She kept us well informed with information on financing and the closing process in general, and no question went unanswered. She was also knowledgeable about the benefits of the location of which we are already having such positive experiences from businesses and entertainment. We also appreciate Stacys genuine excitement when discussing our renovation plans for the property, and she negotiated well so that we were able to accomplish many of our desired financial investments into the property.
