I help people Buy and Sell Homes in the Tampa Bay area (and yes, I'm good at it). Born & raised in Tampa Bay, I am a native Floridian and have been an actively licensed, Florida Real Estate Broker for more than 25 years. Real Estate was my very first career choice. I am a skilled negotiator, a gifted listener and local real estate market & lifestyle expert. I am one of the best advantages that Buyers and Sellers have in their real estate transactions. I guide Buyers and Sellers through each step, helping to reduce the uncertainty and stress associated with most real estate transactions and most of all, I take every possible measure to get them to their goal. I consider it a privilege to help people through some of the most significant events in their lives. I strongly believe that everyone deserves the safe & comfortable home of their dreams, whether it is their primary home, vacation home or an investment property. When people own their own home and invest in real estate, they create stability and security in their lives that feeds their future and their overall happiness and ability to thrive. I am married with 1 son, 3 dogs and 2 cats. As a family we enjoy the outdoors, hiking and soaking in all that our beautiful community has to offer. I volunteer and am involved at both the local and state REALTOR(R) associations focusing on professionalism and the REALTOR(R) Code of Ethics. I am also a member of the national LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. I believe in home ownership and strive to increase awareness an opportunity.
