ZillowVERIFIEDMs. Stacy was very, very knowledgeble about the real-estate business. I think it took a total of a year for me and the wife to complete a purchase and sale of residents. In that time frame Ms. Stacy was very, and I do mean very, patience with our (the wife and I) flip-flopping business of decisions. A previous Agent with another company (released prior to hiring Stacy) was very pushy, abrasive, and focus mainly on a quick commission sale of her choice of neighborhood and residence. After acquiring Stacy, the wife and I realized and felt blessed to have someone interested in our dream future of retirement living. Stacy not only was very patience with us (about a year total), but had valid answers to a lot of our questions, including neighborhoods, finances, builders, selling/closing information, and many many other residential particulars. Stacy basically held my hand and let me know she was in this "relationship" with me.
