I have worked with Stacy twice, once as a buyer and once as a seller. I cannot say enough good things about her! She has extensive knowledge of the area, and took the time to show us various neighborhoods. When it came time to look at houses, she pointed out good qualities and red flags and even went into the crawl space of one house! As a seller, she was instrumental in helping me get my house ready for sale, providing contacts to get work done and helping to freshen and stage it. (I live out of state so this was key). She also watched the market trends and recommended a price adjustment which got our house sold more quickly. She is an all-star pro.

Stacy Applegate did an outstanding job. She was responsive at all times and helpful in so many ways. Stacy was the listing agent for our Fripp Island home. For reference, Fripp is definitely NOT a sellers market! Within 8 weeks of listing with Stacy we had an offer and in less than a month after that it closed!
