Stacie did an outstanding job helping us buy our dream home in Eau Claire. She is very friendly making her a joy to work with and is an excellent communicator. There was no shortage of times where we were texting back and forth or on a Zoom call. She always made herself available and went WAY above and beyond our expectations. Stacie is also an excellent negotiator. We had 10 counter offers throughout the process, because it was a very complicated negotiation. Stacie was our rock, maintaining calm and collected and facilitating the process as we went back and forth with the seller. She was able to negotiate an outstanding price on our behalf and negotiated seller funds toward closing costs. We also lived in another state and so we had virtual showings. Stacie did a great job showing everything in the property and had a very good eye for details/flaws, such as cracking drywall, missing soft close drawers, etc. Her eye for detail is very impressive and helped us evaluate the property without bias. We also loved that Stacie truly listened to our needs and stayed within our budget. Some agents can be very pushy to buy a house, and really only care about closing the deal to get paid. Stacie never pushed us or tried to force us to buy something outside of our comfort zone. You can tell that she has a very caring heart and really wants what is best for her clients. I would highly recommend Stacie for buying or selling your property. She will have our business for years to come!
